We define this as all-encompassing; we steward the land with our farm and sustainability in our kitchen, but we also steward the joy of our guests and growth of our colleagues. Mentorship is a key pillar in our culture, and that commitment is born from stewardship. Chef Alex Fuentes, our Executive Sous Chef, embodies this value. 

At SingleThread we believe in community beyond our walls and farm. The Artisans, Growers, Fisheries and many other valued partners are essential to the SingleThread experience, and we are deeply committed to supporting and showcasing their work as much as possible. Whether showcasing local potter and friend Bob Dinetz beautiful vases in our floral workshops, or showcasing the gorgeous tie dye tapestries from Buaisou in our farm store - the stories of our artisans and partners are equally a part of our story.

In this spirit, we are rolling out a spotlight series - “From Our Kitchen'' - and we begin with a very special ingredient; locally grown Organic Luna Koshihikari Rice.

Our 2023 Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program is an opportunity for our farm to share our harvests in a new way, extending this community beyond the walls of our kitchens and dining rooms and offering farm fresh food to our friends and neighbors. By becoming a member of our CSA, you are directly contributing to the sustainability of our farm and our local food systems. In return, we commit to providing you with the highest quality produce we are able to grow.

Our online wine shop is a focused selection of bottles from our cellar to yours. SingleThread Wines has the unique opportunity to shine a spotlight on our award-winning wine program curated by the Michelin 3-Star wine team at SingleThread. The Wine Shop showcases wines from sought-after winemakers alongside bottles at the vanguard of their region. We invite you to explore new and exciting wines from your favorite producers and parts of the world, especially from here in Sonoma.

Kyle and Katina are proud to be active supporters of the Chill Foundation, an organization that works to inspire youth to overcome challenges through boardsports.

Founded in 1995 by Jake and Donna Carpenter, founders of Burton Snowboards, Chill has served more than 30,000 young people since the program began. Chill offers programming to youth at no cost, partnering with community organizations, schools and juvenile justice programs in 24 cities and 9 countries across the world.

As longtime boardsports fans themselves, Kyle and Katina share a deep commitment to furthering opportunities for youth through promoting boardsports.
