For guests of our INN, our in-room and rooftop Donabe Hot Pot dining is available Wednesday - Sunday. Our kitchen is closed for dinner service on Tuesdays.

Kistler Vineyards Presents: SingleThread Autumn Dinner Wine Series at Trenton Roadhouse Through the End of November
Partnering with our dear friends at Kistler Vineyards, we are proud to continue to offer our Autumn Wine Dinner Series served completely outdoors amongst the vineyards at Kistler's Trenton Roadhouse.
Through the end of November, beginning at 3pm on Thursday - Sunday early evenings, the Kistler - SingleThread Dining Experience will include a 10-course menu paired with their single clone heritage wines.
Please join us for a beautiful evening of food and wine at the iconic Trenton Roadhouse. This dinner series will serve in part as a fundraiser to support the incredible work of Sonoma Family Meal and Community Foundation Sonoma County COVID-19 Resilience Fund.
SingleThread Rooftop Garden Wine Bar Is Open Through the End of November- WALK-INS WELCOME!
SingleThread's rooftop garden is open as a casual wine bar from 5:00 PM- 9:30 PM Wed/Th, 4:00PM-8:30PM Fri, and 2:00 PM -8:30 PM on the weekends. Wine Director, Rusty Rastello, curates a special by the glass and by the bottle list of Champagnes as well as local wines and Old World selections. Walk-ins only for up to parties of 6 (weather permitting).
IN COLLABORATION WITH KEN FULK, WE PRESENT: 'Usu-Zan' - An Homage to Wintertime in Hokkaido
'Usu-Zan' will be offered from December 10th - March 28th, five nights a week; Thursdays through Mondays with seating from 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm. Dinner bookings are $375 per guest with a transferable, non-refundable $100 deposit required at the time of booking. Our inn remains open along with special in-room and rooftop dining experiences for inn guests.
As we navigate the rapid changes of the past few months, we have changed a few things in regard to bookings for the restaurant. We understand that the Covid-19 pandemic has heightened the need for more flexibility in our hospitality policies, not only in our physical space but in our ticketing process as well. That said, we have moved to a non-refundable deposit based system in lieu of a full pre-payment in advance.
A transfer of your deposit for the date/time of your booking will remain available via your Tock profile should you not be able to arrive for your confirmed reservation. At this time, we are not able to offer a rescheduling or cancellation of your deposit.
Your deposit of $100 per person will be applied to the menu and will be exclusive of service or gratuity. Beverage pairings tailored to each experience will be available for pre-selection via Tock, and available to order tableside.
Our WINE SHOP is open with retail store (not restaurant) pricing. Wine orders may be picked up at the restaurant or shipped directly to your door. If you have any questions or need some guidance please email us.
Just like a sporting event, concert, or theater booking, all deposits are final and cannot be canceled or rescheduled. However, deposits of all types are always transferable. You can review and/or transfer your confirmed booking deposit from your Tock Profile.

Annually, our restaurant is closed on New Year's Day (January 1st), Independence Day (July 4th), Thanksgiving Day (the fourth Thursday of November), and Christmas Day (December 25th).
The dining room is closed on Tuesday evenings however, our Inn is open every day.
May I make a room reservation without purchasing a restaurant experience?
Yes, you are welcome to stay in our inn without booking a dining experience. Breakfast for two is included in your stay.
How far in advance may I purchase reservations for dining experiences and the inn?
Restaurant reservations are released via Tock. For up-to-date release information, please follow us on our social media accounts and sign up for our email newsletter.
Inn stays and corresponding dining reservations are available up to six months in advance.
How do I redeem my gift certificate?
Please contact our Guest Relations team via email at email@example.com. Gift certificates cannot be applied directly on Tock or our hotel booking site, and they cannot be applied retroactively to reservations. We are happy to help you redeem and schedule your visit.
Is there a waitlist if I am unable to make a reservation?
We have a waitlist for both guest rooms and restaurant reservations. You may add your name via Tock for dining reservations and through the inn reservation website for inn stays.
Where can I locate my booking receipt?
You will receive an email confirmation after purchasing your booking. You do not need to present the confirmation upon arrival.
Will I receive any other communications regarding my reservation?
Our Guest Relations Team will contact you regarding allergies, dietary restrictions and preferences, your stay, and/or any special arrangements you would like us to make for you. If you are booking less than three days in advance, our team may not be able to get in touch ahead of your visit. Please feel free to call us should you have any questions or concerns.
Can I make dinner reservations for groups larger than four?

Are tax and service charges included in SingleThread’s rates?
Tax is included will be applied during the checkout process. All sales are exclusive of any service charge or gratuities. Any gratuities collected at the end of the dining experience will be distributed between our Culinary and Service Team members.
Can I get a refund once a booking is purchased? Can I exchange my booking for a different night?

Can I make dinner reservations for party sizes that aren't listed on Tock? How do I book the whole restaurant?
Yes. Please email email@example.com with your desired date and group size, and a member of our Guest Relations Team will assist you.
Are you able to accommodate guests’ specific dietary requirements?
Yes, we are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with at least three days’ notice. We are a facility that uses nuts, soy**, dairy, shellfish, and gluten. We strongly caution diners with extreme allergies to be aware that these items are used in close proximity. Our Guest Relations Team will email you to request information about any allergies, dietary restrictions, or aversions you or your guests may have. If you are booking less than three days in advance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before you confirm.
**Due to the prevalence of soy and rice products, sea salt, and sea plants in our menu we are unable to adjust for soy, rice, sea salt, and sea plant allergies. Many of our dishes contain cooked alcohol such as mirin, sake, and extracts. We can cook any items that contain alcohol, but we cannot guarantee that the alcohol will burn off completely.
Are children allowed in the restaurant?
SingleThread is a small, intimate restaurant. The experience spans multiple hours across three floors, both indoor and outdoor. For these reasons and in consideration of our other guests, we do not admit children under the age of 12.
How long will the SingleThread dining experience take?
Please allow a minimum of two and a half hours to enjoy your dining experience.
Do you have a corkage fee?
SingleThread has an extensive wine list focusing on rare library wines of California and the great wine producing regions of the world. If you would like to bring wine from your personal collection, we allow up to four 750mL bottles per table. The corkage fee is $150 per bottle.
Do you offer drinks on the roof?
During the warmer months, our rooftop gardens are open daily beginning at 4:30PM. If you would like to begin the evening with a drink in the gardens, you're welcome to arrive thirty minutes to an hour early. Your dining experience will begin promptly at your scheduled reservation time.
The rooftop gardens are closed during lunch services and during the cooler months.
What is the dress code at SingleThread?
While we would like for you to be comfortable we do ask that you abstain from t-shirts, shorts, flip-flops, and athletic wear.
Can you arrange transportation?
Yes. We are happy to work with you to arrange transportation to and from SingleThread.
Can I charge my electric vehicle at SingleThread?
Yes. We have one Level Two Electric Tesla Charger in our parking lot that can fully charge an electric vehicle within 3 to 8 hours depending on the vehicle. The City of Healdsburg also provides several electric-vehicle charging stations nearby. To find these offsite chargers you can visit PlugShare.
Is there a place where I may enjoy a cigar?

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and check-out ends at 11:00 am.
Is breakfast provided at SingleThread Inn?
The complete SingleThread experience includes our breakfast. Our menus are based on seasonal produce from our farm, so menu items change frequently. Breakfast can be served to you in your room, the study, or in our rooftop garden (weather permitting).
Do I need to make a separate dining reservation for the restaurant?
Inn stays and their corresponding dining reservations may be made up to six months in advance. During the check-out process for the inn, you'll be able to add your dining experience and note your preferred dining time. Our concierge will help you finalize your dining reservation. You won't need to book separately through Tock.
Are children allowed to stay at SingleThread Inn?
Each room is furnished with a single California King bed and is designed for two adults. Due to the intimate size of our property we cannot welcome children under the age of 12. Our suite has a convertible couch that is suitable for children aged 12-17. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a child so we can prepare appropriately.
Do you have an in-house spa or massage therapy?
We work with several local spas, many of which are only steps away from SingleThread. Our concierge can help you arrange appointments.
Do you have a gym or pool on property?
We do not have gym or pool facilities on our property. We have a partnership with a nearby gym, Parkpoint HealthClub, and we provide complimentary passes to the gym and pool facilities for our guests upon request. We can also make arrangements for yoga and Pilates classes.
Are pets allowed at SingleThread?
SingleThread is a small and intimate property, and we are unable to accommodate pets. We welcome ADA-protected service animals; please note that emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Service animals must wear their government-issued vests when in common areas.

What time of year is best to visit Sonoma County?
Sonoma County offers diverse experiences year-round. Spring begins with the first buds breaking on the vine and the start of a new grape growing cycle. Summer is filled with events surrounding the local farmer’s markets and outdoor concerts, and there is an abundance of outdoor adventures including hiking, biking, and explorations throughout the scenic area. Autumn marks the exciting harvest season with the annual crush that fills the air with the smell of fermenting grapes. The winter holiday season is a great time to visit and celebrate with loved ones.

What are typical temperatures in Sonoma County?
Spring temperatures range between 55° and 75° with crisp mornings and evenings. Summer days are warm and sunny, anywhere from 65° to 95°. Autumn tends to be warmer than spring, with temperatures between 50° and 90° during the day and in the 60’s at night.
