All CSA member share pick-ups will take place at the Single Thread Farm Store at Dry Creek, located at 2836 Dry Creek Road, Healdsburg CA. On designated CSA pick-up weeks, members are invited to visit the store and pick up their shares anytime between 11am-5pm on either Thursday or Saturday. We do not ship at this time.
The majority of communication will be facilitated through our CSA member website, hosted by Farmigo. Farmigo specializes in software that is designed for Community Supported Agriculture and their goal is to make the experience of joining a CSA an enjoyable one, for both farmers and members. It is important that members provide us with an email account that is checked regularly.
All major credit cards are accepted and payment information will be collected at sign up. Members will be asked to choose their method of payment and may elect to pay in full at time of sign up or to enroll in a monthly payment plan. If choosing to enroll in monthly payments, members will be charged in increments of four shares at a time and payment will be processed at the beginning of each month.
Our commitment at SingleThread is to provide our CSA members with the highest quality produce possible. If for any reason a member feels as though we have not met this commitment, they are encouraged to reach out to us directly through email at email@example.com.
As farmers we understand that conditions and circumstances may change and that these changes are often unexpected and perhaps uncontrollable. If a member finds that they need to cancel their subscription, they may do so by providing written notice no less than 30 days from their desired termination date.
We are, unfortunately, unable to accommodate cancellations or holds on a week-by-week basis. If a member is unable to pick-up their share, or must skip a pick-up due to travel or other extenuating circumstances, they are responsible for finding someone to pick it up in their absence or electing to have their share donated. This may be done by contacting Adam Smith firstname.lastname@example.org or through their Member Account.
Any shares that have not been picked up by the close of the Farm Store on Sunday will be donated.
