SingleThread Celebrates IWA Sake

SingleThread was delighted to host Richard Geoffroy of IWA Sake in late November for a special collaboration in celebration of IWA Sake's anticipated US release. Chef Kyle Connaughton and the SingleThread culinary team worked with Geoffroy on a seasonal 10-course menu designed to be paired with IWA's incredible sakes.
