CALIFORNIA RED WINE SUBSCRIPTION

The noble varieties of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon made their way to America from France back in the late 1800s. These vines were already grown and cultivated for hundreds of years in France so there were hopes of greatness in the newfound land. Yet, no one expected the grape varieties' incredible ability to grow in the northern California landscape to make such an impact on how the grapes and respective wine regions are viewed today. The impact has been so large that it has affected what consumers think about when Napa and Sonoma Valley come to mind. With that, the Sommelier Team at SingleThread has found that many would agree, some of their favorite wines in the world, are from California. Since, the team at Singlethread has connected, served, and talked to our guests for over five years now about what they like to drink. They have decided to keep that knowledge in mind, to create a California Red Wine Subscription curated with the same thought they do everything else. This subscription is made for individuals that are big fans of Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, or just like to have a steady stream of curated red wines delivered to their door, monthly. Each package will contain 2-4 bottles of wine. There will be a Pinot Noir and a Cabernet Sauvignon in most of the subscriptions. However, the sommelier team at Singlethread will not stop there, expect to explore some lesser-known varieties being cultivated in California such as Grenache, Syrah, and Trousseau. As much as this kit caters to lovers of Napa Cabernet fans, subscribers will see a wide range of red wines grown in other regions such as Santa Cruz, Mendocino & Central California.
