Chef Kyle and Katina Connaughton are delighted to welcome friends Chef JP and Ellia Park of Atomix in NYC to SingleThread for a special collaboration dinner for one night only on March 31st, 2022.
The Parks opened Atomix in 2018 and are known for their modern take on Korean cuisine. The Connaughtons first had the pleasure of cooking with Chef JP and Ellia at Atomix in 2019 and are thrilled to continue their collaboration with the Atomix team at SingleThread in March.
Join Chef Kyle and Katina and Chef JP and Ellia for a memorable 10-course dining experience on Thursday, March 31st. Bookings are $425 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Ato stems from the the ancient Korean word for 'gift', and provides the foundation for the innovative cuisine that husband and wife team, Chef JP and Manager Ellia Park hope to deliver to the world, both at home in New York City and beyond. Atomix is a follow-up to their much beloved Atoboy, and is a place where diners can dive deep into Chef Park's cuisine through a tasting menu that is inspired by traditional Korean traditions and techniques.

Chef Kyle and Katina Connaugton initially had the pleasure of being hosted by Chef JP and Ellia Park at Atomix in 2019. The Connaughtons are thrilled to have the opportunity to welcome their good friends Chef JP and Ellia to Healdsburg and look forward to collaborating on an inventive menu showcasing the beauty of Japan, California, New York, and Korea.
