We are now booking for the INN up to 12 weeks in advance.

For guests of our INN, our in-room dining menu is available to reserve in advance of arrival. A full course Breakfast is included and a reservation in our award-winning 3-Michelin Star restaurant is guaranteed with your stay. Learn more about our rooms.

Book Table

Bookings for dining at SingleThread are released online at 9am PST on the 1st of every month, for the upcoming month. Be sure to sign up for our monthly newsletter to be notified when we open up availability. 

Your reservation is only confirmed with a prepayment in full via Tock.

A transfer of your reservation for the date/time of your booking will remain available via your Tock profile should you not be able to arrive for your confirmed reservation. We are not able to offer a rescheduling or cancellation of your payment.

Beverage pairings tailored to each experience will be available for pre-selection via Tock, and available to order tableside. 

Our WINE SHOP is open with retail store (not restaurant) pricing. Wine orders may be picked up at the restaurant or shipped directly to your door.

Just like a sporting event, concert, or theater booking, all deposits are final and cannot be canceled or rescheduled. However, deposits of all types are always transferable. You can review and/or transfer your confirmed booking deposit from your Tock Profile.

Closures

Annually, our restaurant is closed on New Year's Day (January 1st), Thanksgiving, the day prior, and the day after (the fourth Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of November), and Christmas Day (December 25th). 

Booking

May I make a room reservation without purchasing a restaurant experience?

Yes, you are welcome to stay in our inn without booking a dining experience. A full-course Breakfast for two is included in your stay. Book a Stay here

Are dining reservations guaranteed with an Inn booking?

Yes, you are guaranteed a dining reservation for the number of guests in your party in your Inn booking. 

How far in advance may I purchase reservations for dining experiences and the inn?

Restaurant reservations are released via Tock at 9AM PST on the 1st of each month for the following month. ie. May reservations are released on April 1st. For up-to-date release information, please follow us on our social media accounts and sign up for our email newsletter where we announce when we release availability.

Inn stays and corresponding dining reservations are available up to three months in advance.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

Please contact our Guest Relations team via email at reservations@singlethreadfarms.com. Gift certificates cannot be applied directly on Tock or our hotel booking site, and they cannot be applied retroactively to reservations. We are happy to help you redeem and schedule your visit.

Is there a waitlist if I am unable to make a reservation?

We have a waitlist for both guest rooms and restaurant reservations. You may add your name via Tock for dining reservations and through the inn reservation website for inn stays.

Where can I locate my booking receipt?

You will receive an email confirmation after purchasing your booking. You do not need to present the confirmation upon arrival.

Can I make dinner reservations for groups larger than six?

Are tax and service charges included in SingleThread’s rates?

Tax and a 3% service charge are applied during the check out process via Tock. Gratuity is encouraged, and may also be applied during the Tock check out process prior to your arrival. All gratuities are distributed between our Culinary and Service Team members.

Can I get a refund once a booking is purchased? Can I exchange my booking for a different night?

You can review and/or transfer your confirmed dining bookings from your Tock Profile. Please contact our Hopsitality Director if you would like to transfer your hotel reservation. We recommend travel insurance as we cannot make refunds for cancellations due to medical, family, or business emergencies or other unexpected events.

Can I make dinner reservations for party sizes that aren't listed on Tock? How do I book the whole restaurant?

Dining

Are you able to accommodate guests’ specific dietary requirements?

Yes, we are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with at least three days’ notice. We are a facility that uses nuts, soy**, alliums, dairy, shellfish, and gluten. We strongly caution diners with extreme allergies to be aware that these items are used in close proximity. During the booking process via exploretock.com, you will be asked to complete our Pre-Visit Questionnaire, please indicate any allergies, dietary restrictions, or aversions you or your guests may have. If have questions about a specific request, please email reservations@singlethreadfarms.com. We are happy to provide plant-based, vegetarian, and pescatarian options for our guests.

**Due to the prevalence of soy, alliums, rice products, sea salt, and sea plants in our menu we are unable to adjust for soy, allium, rice, sea salt, and sea plant allergies. Many of our dishes contain cooked alcohol such as mirin, sake, and extracts. We can cook any items that contain alcohol, but we cannot guarantee that the alcohol will burn off completely.

Do you offer outdoor dining?

Our 10-course tasting menu is available for indoor service only. Guests of our inn may opt to enjoy an exclusive 4-course menu in their room or on our rooftop (weather permitting). 

Are children allowed in the restaurant?

SingleThread is a small, intimate restaurant. In consideration of our other guests, we do not admit children under the age of 12. 

How long will the SingleThread dining experience take?

Please allow a minimum of two and a half hours to enjoy your dining experience.

Do you have a corkage fee?

SingleThread has an extensive wine list focusing on rare library wines of California and the great wine producing regions of the world. If you would like to bring wine from your personal collection, you may bring one 750mL bottle per two guests. The corkage fee is $150 per bottle, with a two bottle limit for any reservation.

What is the dress code at SingleThread?

While we would like for you to be comfortable we do ask that you abstain from wearing t-shirts, shorts, flip-flops, and athletic wear. A jacket or tie is not required.

Can you arrange transportation?

Yes. We are happy to work with you to arrange transportation to and from SingleThread by a third party provider with advance notice. Lyft and other ride share services are available, but can have long wait times.

Can I charge my electric vehicle at SingleThread?

Yes. We have one Tesla Charger in our parking lot that can fully charge an electric vehicle within 3 to 8 hours depending on the vehicle. The City of Healdsburg also provides several electric-vehicle charging stations nearby. To find these offsite chargers you can visit  PlugShare

Is there a place where I may enjoy a cigar?

Inn

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and check-out ends at 11:00 am. We cannot offer early check-in or late check-out at this time.

Is breakfast provided at SingleThread Inn?

The complete SingleThread experience includes our breakfast. Our menus are based on seasonal produce from our farm, and menu items change frequently. Breakfast may be served to you in your room, the study, or in our rooftop garden (weather permitting). Menus will be in your room upon arrival. Breakfast does not have to be reserved in advance of your check-in.

Do I need to make a separate dining reservation for the restaurant?

Inn stays and their corresponding dining reservations may be made up to three months in advance. During the booking process for the inn, you'll be asked to note your party size, preferred dining date, and time for your dining experience. Our reservations team will help you finalize your dining reservation. You won't need to book separately through Tock.

Do you have room service or in-room dining?

We offer simple room service menu daily between 12:30pm and 5:00pm. In-room dining can be scheduled in advance of your arrival. Our team needs 10 days' notice to reserve, please connect with your reservations team member to make an in-room dining reservation. Are children allowed to stay at SingleThread Inn?

Each room is furnished with a single California King bed and is designed for two adults. We do not have roll away beds at this time but are happy to provide a Pack and Play for infants and toddlers. Our suite has a convertible couch that is suitable for up to two children or one additional adult. We have an additional guest fee of $150 per night + tax. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare appropriately.

Do you have an in-house spa or massage therapy?

We work with several local spas, many of which are only steps away from SingleThread. Our knowledgable concierge and reservations team can help you arrange appointments.

Do you have a gym or pool on property?

We do not have gym or pool facilities on our property. We have a partnership with a nearby gym, Parkpoint HealthClub, and we provide complimentary passes to the gym and pool facilities for our guests upon request. We can also make arrangements for yoga and pilates classes. Our Concierge is happy to provide local recommendations.

Are pets allowed at SingleThread?

SingleThread is a small and intimate property, and we are unable to accommodate pets. We welcome ADA-protected service animals; please note that emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Service animals must wear their government-issued vests when in common areas and must remain on a leash at all times.

What time of year is best to visit Sonoma County?

Sonoma County offers diverse experiences year-round. Spring begins with the first buds breaking on the vine and the start of a new grape growing cycle. Summer is filled with events surrounding the local farmer’s markets and outdoor concerts, and there is an abundance of outdoor adventures including hiking, biking, and explorations throughout the scenic area. Autumn marks the exciting harvest season with the annual crush that fills the air with the smell of fermenting grapes. The winter holiday season is a great time to visit and celebrate with loved ones.

Can I receive mail and packages while I am vacationing at SingleThread?

Yes. Our address for all deliveries is: 131 North Street, Healdsburg, CA 95448. Please ensure all parcels include your name and arrival date. We appreciate advance notice for any guest shipments and are not responsible for shipping delays or receiving issues.

What are typical temperatures in Sonoma County?

Spring temperatures range between 55° and 75° with crisp mornings and evenings. Summer days are warm and sunny, anywhere from 65° to 105°. Autumn tends to be warmer than spring, with temperatures between 50° and 90° during the day and in the 60’s at night.
